This brew was awarded first place by the Iwate Association of Brewers evaluation meeting held at the Iwate Prefectural Technology Center on March 10, 2010.
The o-sake is excellent due to the special skills of the cellar. Full of flavor and with a rich aroma, this o-sake can be enjoyed cool, on the rocks or at a normal temperature.

This o-sake is carefully matured for one year at an extremely low temperature (around 0 degrees). Even after one year of maturation at a low temperature it does not taste over-mature at all. In fact, it has a beautifully clear and refined sense to it and an extremely mellow taste.
